Email address, first name, last name, possible entity/department, activities within the MS Teams Bot, responses within the MS Teams Bot, and times of application usage.

The data is processed for the following purposes:

• To authorize login to the MOOJI Application;
• To offer skill anchoring actions;
• To personalize the use of the Application;
• To compile user statistics for monitoring and progress reporting.

The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of your company.

The data is collected both directly and indirectly.

It originates from login information and the responses provided by the user.

The data is retained for more than 2 years following our contractual agreement.

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, and Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, you have, under the conditions and limits provided, the right to request from the data controller access to your personal data, the rectification or deletion of such data, the restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of your data, the right to define directives regarding the fate of your data after death, and the right to data portability.
